We make the plans.

Step 1:  We gather your information and trip desires over a phone call, in-person meeting, or text.

Step 2:  We craft a proposal for your review.

*We try to have this complete within one week of your meeting or phone call, but in busy seasons, it may take a bit longer.*

Step 3:  Upon approval, we begin the booking process.

*We require a down payment of 1/2 of the total to begin booking.*

Step 4:  We begin creating your custom itinerary after all reservations, excursions, and plans have been selected and set.

*Itineraries will not be released until the trip is paid in full.*

*Our hope is that itineraries are delivered no later than 30 days prior to departure.*
